Add one scoop to six ounces of ice-cold water. Shake or stir (do not blend) until dissolved.
One scoop yields 23 grams of protein. Use in the morning or pre- and post-workout to help meet your protein goals.

Let Phormula-1 sit for 60 seconds after mixing to allow air bubbles to dissipate, which will ensure the smoothest possible shake.
